Moss Park Primary School is a two form entry mixed school - recently formed from the two separate Infant and Junior Schools - and caters for children from 3 to 11 years. The staff are committed to ensuring that high academic, behavioural, social and moral standards are achieved by creating a caring, secure and stimulating environment, where each child is provided with a wealth of learning experiences in a broad and balanced curriculum.
Our school day runs from 8.55 am until 3.25 pm every day (33 hours and 10 minutes per week). We actually open our classrooms for pre-learning from 8.45 am and we ancourage all pupils to start their school day at this time. This means the pupils at Moss Park Primary School have always benefited from, and will continue to benefit from, a school day that is longer than the compulsory 32.5 hours per week.
We are committed to working together with parents and their children to ensure that our pupils are offered only the highest educational opportunities. We are proud of our relationship with the local community and of the reputation we enjoy within it.
