Chinese New Year dance workshop

This week we have been celebrating Chinese New Year. We had an assembly with Mrs Nunwick where we learnt about the lunar calendar and then we had a dance workshop to learn some dragon dances. We loved working as a team to me the dragon and lion heads dance around the hall! Some of our friends in the class celebrate Chinese New Year with their families and brought in some lucky envelopes and fortune cookeis for us.
